Lorraine Wild is one of Americas premiere designers. A recipient of the Chrysler Award for
Innovation in Design, she was featured in the latest Cooper-Hewitt Design Triennial. A faculty
member at the California Institute of the Arts, her own design practice focuses on collaborations
with architects, curators and publishers. She is also a founder of Greybull Press, a publisher of
photographic books, and a principal in the design supergroup Wild LuV. A premiere theorist and
historian of design, her work and writing has appeared in numerous books and periodicals, including
Emigre, I.D., and Print.
